Content & Objective
This general Good Distribution Practices (GDP) awareness training offers the basic information and insight into the most important subjects to ensure that the quality and integrity of medicines is maintained throughout the supply chain and has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Directives 2001/83/EC and its related guidelines.
The training contains information about:
• GDP definition• Organization and legislation within GDP• Overview of the EU GDP guidelines• GDP in practice
By means of a test immediately after the (online) training, evaluation is made as to whether the participants have gained sufficient insights to be able to put them into practice within the GDP supply chain.
Audience
The target audience for this training consists of all persons who are involved in transportation, storage and distribution of medical products. During this training we focus on the aim of GDP to ensure that the level of quality is maintained throughout the distribution network and we provide the audience awareness to build the understanding of the importance of GDP and to inform them about the key principles.
Summary
For employees working under PC226 (employees from international trade, transport and logistics), you can submit a subsidy application for this training to the LOGOS training fund.
